The Law Office of Thomas F. Ellis, III was founded in 1974 by our principal trial attorney, Thomas F. Ellis, III. Prior to practicing law, Mr. Ellis worked as a claims adjuster for State Farm Insurance. Through this experience, he gained a unique understanding of the methods insurance companies employ in defending their claims. Mr. Ellis uses his knowledge in this area to help personal injury clients to pursue full compensation for the injuries they have suffered. We help people in the Maryland area with their family law and criminal defense legal concerns.

Our principal trial attorney, Thomas F. Ellis, III, is active in the community, personally and professionally. He is married and the proud father of three daughters that he raised in the Annapolis, Maryland community. Prior to becoming a lawyer, Mr. Ellis was a Captain in the United States Army. He contributes his knowledge to the legal community having taught numerous paralegal programs on the various areas of our legal practice.
